These Terms of Use apply to your access to or use of the Party Balloons Events website, mobile sites and applications, as well as the content, features and services (“Services”) that Party Balloons Events makes available to you.
In this Agreement, Party Balloons Events is the company that provides the Services to you and with which you enter into this Agreement, which is governed by the laws of the United States of America. The terms “User” and “you” refer to any user of the Services.
When using or accessing the Services. or by clicking “I accept” or “approve” this Agreement, (1) you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement and (2) you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that you are not prohibited by law from using or accessing the Services.
If Party Balloons Events may update or modify this Agreement at any time. The User agrees to review this Agreement regularly. You are free to decide whether or not to accept a modified version of this Agreement, but you must accept it with your modifications in order to continue using the Services. You must click “I accept” or “approve” to indicate your acceptance of the modified versions of this Agreement. you do not accept the terms of this Agreement or its modified versions, you must conclude your use of the Services. Except as expressly provided otherwise by Party Balloons Events, any use of the Services (e.g., use of the Reservation Services, Waiting List Services, and Payment Services) is subject to the then-current version of this Agreement at the time of use.
Reservation services
Reservations of rooms for parties and events. Party Balloons Events makes available to the User reservation services in its party rooms (the “Reservation Services”) and waiting list services (the “Waiting List Services”), with the aim of assisting the User to secure reservations for their events or include them on a waiting list in our party rooms. In response to a User’s online request to obtain a reservation in a party room or be included in a waiting list. The availability of reservations, the estimated waiting time or the place in line on a waiting list are determined at the time of the User’s request. Once the User makes the reservation or the waiting list request through the Party Balloons Events Sites, the User will be provided with confirmation of the reservation or the status of the waiting list, via email or other electronic messages, as agreed by the User. By using the Reservation Services or the Waiting List Services, the User agrees to receive booking confirmations or waiting list, updates, modifications and/or cancellations by email or other electronic messages.
Nor Submission Policy
Party Balloons Events has set out to provide superior quality services to Users. To help us maintain a high-level service to customers, Users must cancel reservations that they cannot fulfill, so you are less than 5 days before them. You may cancel your reservation through the Party Balloons Events Sites or by calling directly. In order to use the Reservation Services, you must provide valid information on a credit card. To confirm that the debit or credit card information you have provided is correct, we may place a temporary authorization on your debit or credit card at the time you provide the relevant information. After verifying that your debit or credit card information is correct, usually a few days later, the authorization will be deleted.
In the event that you are unable to fulfill your reservation and do not cancel it at least 5 days in advance, Party Balloons Events will send you an email informing you that our records indicate that you have not presented yourself. By using the Reservation Services, the User agrees to receive email notifications regarding his/her lack of presentation, after it is reported that he/she has not fulfilled his/her reservation even if that has not happened. In case you mistakenly receive an email notifying you that it has not been presented, please call us to fix the error. The User agrees that Party Balloons Events will make all final no-show decisions in its sole discretion.
In the event that you wish to withdraw from a waiting list on which you have been placed through the Waiting List Services, you may do so online through Party Balloons Events Sites or by calling our phones directly.
Usage Policies
The User agrees to use the Reservation Services or the Waiting List Services only to make reservations or be included in waiting lists in our party rooms, to then fulfill such reservations or requests for waiting lists. Similarly, the User agrees not to make more than one reservation or be included in more than one waiting list. The resale or attempted resale of reservations or places on waiting lists is prohibited and such conduct will result in, among other things, the cancellation of your reservations, withdrawal from the waiting list or the termination of your access to the Services.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The services are managed by Party Balloons Events, which is located in the state of Florida. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws ofthe State of Florida in the United States of America.
Privacy Policy
The user expressly accepts, by using this website, the treatment of the information collected in the manner and for express purposes of improving the user experience. And in this way, you acknowledge knowing the possibility of rejecting the processing of such data or information by rejecting the use of Cookies by selecting the appropriate configuration for this purpose in your browser. While this option to block Cookies in your browser may not allow you to fully use all the functionalities of the website.

Payment terms
At Party Balloons Events we offer a variety of products and services, mainly decorations, balloon arrangements and a variety of products for your decorations. Each of our products and services is associated with a fee expressed in U.S. dollars. When you purchase a product or service, you are responsible for paying for the product or service, either in a single payment or periodically (depending on the product or service) and the payment will be debited automatically.
Remember that if you cancel the service, only 50% of the payment will be refunded.
We are not liable for damages or losses if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
